How do meals work?

You stay in a self-catering apartment: each one has an equipped kitchen so you can cook at your own pace, and a Lavazza machine with welcome capsules is waiting for you. The Residenza has no restaurant and does not serve breakfast; for any special needs, please write to Jasmin before you arrive.

What is included in the apartment?

Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, a hairdryer, hand soap, washing-up liquid and all utilities. Final cleaning is included when the apartment is left tidy.

Is there equipment for children?

On request we prepare a 120 × 60 cm travel cot, a table high chair, children’s tableware, a changing mat and a bed rail. You will also find pencils and colouring materials, a pushchair store and, to rent, a three-wheel hiking pushchair with brake.

Where can we leave our bikes?

There is a dedicated bike store at the Residenza, where you can also charge e-bikes. Jasmin will show you how to use it.

How do we receive the Paganella Guest Card?

The Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card is sent to you in digital form and offers benefits across the Paganella area and the Piana Rotaliana, for example on lifts, boat rental, swimming pools and mini golf. Please check the current terms of each offer.

Can we bring our pet?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed at the Residenza.

Is there a laundry?

Yes, there is a washing machine, a dryer and laundry products at the Residenza. Just ask Jasmin how to use them.

Where can we park?

The Residenza has no private parking. Behind the building there is a free municipal car park with about 200 spaces, subject to availability, and paid spaces can be booked in the Ischia area. We suggest asking Jasmin before you arrive.

How do we get to the Residenza?

You will find us at Via Garibaldi 32, in the old centre of Molveno. Coming from the A22 motorway, the official site suggests the Trento Nord or San Michele all’Adige exits, then following signs for Andalo. The map and directions are on the Contact page.

How should we leave the apartment?

Final cleaning is included when the apartment is left tidy: rubbish taken out, dishes washed and the drying rack cleared. Otherwise the official site lists a €50 supplement.

Which extra services are available?

The official site lists Lavazza capsules, including decaf and flavoured, at €0.30 each, the hiking pushchair at €10 a day or €40 a week, and bookable parking in the Ischia area at €15 a day. JUST products are also available. Prices checked on 24 October 2026: Jasmin will confirm availability and rates before you book.

What is there to do nearby?

Sailing, SUP and boats on the lake; walks that also suit pushchairs; trails from Pradel to Croz dell’Altissimo; the views of the Paganella, enduro and downhill. For paragliding we recommend the qualified local operators. Around the lake there are also playgrounds, beach volleyball courts and swimming pools. The Experiences page has the details and the operators’ prices.
